Returns and Exchanges:

House of Pleasures is in the business of enhancing our customers "sexual wellness" experience via the best sex toys on earth! As a result, we are not able to accept satisfaction returns on any of our items. We cannot accept returns on opened or used toys due to the nature of our products.

Again, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used toys. However, we will happily accept damaged or defective toys for up to 90 days after purchase. Please contact us via email at returns@houseofpleasure.net, by phone (317) 998-1213, or via the contact us form to initiate your return. Upon receiving the defective item, it will be our pleasure to send a replacement item. However, the customer will be responsible for shipping the defective item back to House of Pleasures, LLC after 30 days of purchase.

Please DO NOT send your item back to House of Pleasures, LLC without contacting us to initiate your return. Please DO NOT send the item back to the manufacturer. House of Pleasures, LLC will handle all returns.

Once a damaged or defective item is received, our team will inspect the item to determine if it is indeed damaged or defective. If we deem the item damaged or defective, we will send a replacement item. If the item is deemed working, we will send the item back to the customer.

Return UNOPENED item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Shipping is at your expense. Store credit will be issued minus a 20% restock fee within 30 days.

Lubricants, oils, creams
Any type of intimate apparel vibrator toys
Condoms

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
